Iconiex License Agreement

By using, purchasing, or downloading any Iconiex icon/pack/library (including the free versions), you are consenting to the terms outlined in this license agreement. Please acquaint yourself with the permissions and restrictions concerning the use of the services and the files that you receive free or post-purchase.

1. Parties to the Agreement

This legally binding agreement ("Agreement") establishes the terms between you, hereafter referred to as the "Licensee" or "Customer", and Iconiex, operated by ICONIEX, henceforth identified as the "Licensor", "Company", or "we", "us", "our".
ICONIEX is registered in the United States under license number: 0123456.

Within this Agreement, the term "Iconiex" is used interchangeably to refer to the same product offering by ICONIEX.

2. Definition of End Product

An End Product is a customized implementation of the icons.
For example, the icons may be part of a package of UI elements, and the End Product is your unique finished website or application design that incorporates these icons.

3. Permissions

You are allowed to:

  1. Use the icons to design and develop end products for your clients, tailored to their specific needs.
  2. Use the icons in your own personal or commercial projects.
  3. Create icon variations by modifying Iconiex icons.
  4. Employ the icons across multiple projects without limitation (multi-use license).
  5. Publish the icons in a team library or share them within your organization if you have purchased the appropriate license:
    • Startup License: Allows up to 5 users.
    • Business License: Allows up to 25 users.

Note: If your team exceeds these limits, you must purchase additional licenses to accommodate extra users.

Examples of Allowed Usage:

  • Creating websites for personal or commercial use.
  • Incorporating icons in web/mobile applications, including SaaS platforms.
  • Building internal design systems or UI kits.

4. Restrictions

You are NOT allowed to:

  1. Share the license key, Figma file link, or icon files publicly.
  2. Place icon files directly into an end product as standalone assets.
  3. Redistribute icons as stock, within templates, or as source files.
  4. Publish the icons in a team library with fewer licenses than team members.
  5. Use Iconiex icons in products that directly compete with Iconiex.

Examples of Prohibited Usage:

  • Sharing or making icon files publicly available.
  • Selling the icons as standalone assets, even if modified.
  • Creating versions of Iconiex for third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, React, Tailwind).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • Critical issues prevent access to the purchased content.

To request a refund, contact contacticoniex@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Non-usage of files.
  • Lack of familiarity with Figma or development tools.

Important: If a refund is issued, you must delete all paid icons within 24 hours and refrain from using them in any project.

6. License Expiration and Access Terms

  • Lifetime access applies to offline files (e.g., SVGs, Figma files). You may continue to use these indefinitely under this Agreement.
  • Yearly plans provide online access to Iconiex services (e.g., license key verification, plugins, and CDN services). Online access ceases if the subscription expires.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts located in the United States.

8. Enforcement

ICONIEX reserves the right to:

  • Terminate this Agreement if a breach is discovered.
  • Restrict the Customer's access to downloads and services.
  • Take legal action to ensure compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

ICONIEX’s liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Iconiex.

10. Lifetime Package/Access Definition

  • Lifetime Package/Access grants indefinite use of downloaded files.
  • Online services are available only while Iconiex operates and may change without prior notice.

11. Request New/Missing Icons Feature

  • Users may request additional icons free of charge.
  • ICONIEX reserves the right to refuse inappropriate requests or discontinue the feature without notice.
